Our mission is to reach youth and young adults between the ages of 10-25 yrs. of age through advocacy, and empowerment programs targeting "at-risk" communities. Our focus is on faith, education and self-development, utilizing arts-based programming that create opportunities, and platforms capable of establishing intentional and transformative futures.

America RAVES was founded May 21, 2003 by Beverly Rhodes. It is a 501 (c)(3) Non-profit Humanitarian Organization, committed to reaching youth and young adults, from urban, rural and under-served communities, across America. In addition, we offer cultural experiences to the community at large that provide long term and sustainable opportunities for youth. Our goals are to present a forum for young people, strengthen and promote more culturally vibrant communities, improve parent involvement, contribute to the economic and developmental well-fare of neighborhoods.

"It's Up 2U"
Youth Social Justice Initiavitve
"It's Up 2U is a project specifically for youth 8-18 years old who have a parent incarcerated because it has been discovered that this age group is affected emotionally, socially, and educationally by the incarceration of a parent, especially because of separation, disconnect and inability to see parent daily.
